In the dynamic world of logistics, precision and speed are crucial. However, at Silodisa, we know that sustainable results are born not just from processes and technology, but from something much deeper: our culture and the way we work together.

This week, under the leadership of our CEO, Rolando, and in close collaboration with our operations directors, Ángel in Guadalajara and Fernando in Huehuetoca, and our HR director, Tania, we are focusing on a key concept: alignment.

From an "Obsession with Results" to an "Obsession with Culture"

It's natural to focus on results. However, true change occurs when we focus on building a culture that, by its nature, consistently generates those results. This requires a fundamental shift in how we approach challenges. We must move from debates about who is right to collaborative conversations focused on finding the best solution.

To achieve this, we are adopting a "new mode of consultation."

What is Our New Mode of Consultation?

This approach is based on creating an environment where collaboration overcomes conflict. It is about:

  1. Solutions Over Opinions: The objective is to reach a practical and creative solution, based on relevant information and concrete facts.

  2. Participation Without Hierarchies: We foster a safe environment where all those involved feel free to participate, propose, listen, and understand. The goal is to eliminate any inhibition that might limit the generation of ideas.

  3. Collective Ownership: In this model, there are no winners or losers. When a solution is developed together, everyone feels like a protagonist, and the conclusions are embraced by the entire team.

Internal Alignment, Certainty for the Client

Why is this internal alignment so important? Because it directly reflects our commitment to the client. As a leading logistics company, our obligation is non-negotiable: we must record every transaction with impeccable precision and offer our clients full visibility of their deliveries and inventories.

Every time our teams in Huehuetoca and Guadalajara collaborate under this new approach, they not only solve an operational challenge but also strengthen the promise of trust and certainty that defines Silodisa.

Success is not the responsibility of a single person; it is the result of a strong, cohesive, and perfectly aligned team. This week, and moving forward, our challenge is to live this culture in every task, every conversation, and every decision.

Together, we are building the future of logistics.
