Sometimes, the biggest and most meaningful actions don't come in containers or on pallets, but in a simple bottle of water. This week, at our Huehuetoca warehouse, we witnessed the beginning of an initiative that, while simple in its execution, is giant in its message: the "Operator Welcome".

We want to share this story with all of you because it reflects the culture we are building together and is a reason to feel deep pride in belonging to this company.

The Origin: A Philosophy of Respect

It all started with a question driven from the heart of our culture, a vision that our HR Director, Tania, always reminds us of: where do our values end? The answer was clear: they don't end at our doors. That's how the idea was born to extend our warmth to every person in our value chain, especially the transport operators who are the engine of our industry.

The mission: to welcome every driver who arrives at our facilities, no matter what company they are from, with a gesture of humanity.

The Execution: A Bottle That Speaks

This week, under the leadership of Fernando, our Director of Operations in Huehuetoca, and his incredible team, the idea became a reality. Every operator who arrives at the gate receives a 1.5-liter bottle of water—a vital detail for someone who spends hours on the road.

But it's not just any bottle. Each one has a special label with messages that speak for us:

• Of Appreciation: "We value your commitment and professionalism. Thank you for all you do!"

• Of Care: "Respect the signs, protect your life. The road is a dangerous place, but your caution can make the difference."

• Of Motivation: "Every kilometer counts, every delivery is a success."

As Fernando tells us, the operators' reaction has been fabulous. At first, the surprise is total. They aren't used to this kind of reception. But after that initial confusion, their faces transform.
